TODAY I WANTED TO QUIT!!
I just wanted tolay there and do the same thing that i'd been doing for the last 20 years. If I keep doing what i'm doing i am gonna keep getting what i am getting" God made me get up. If I quit How cam i show that i am trusitng God in what I am asking Him for. "The race is not given to the swift but to those who endure the race" This weight didn't come swiftly and its not going swiftly. But as long as he strengthens . Who would have thought that I'D be in a gym 2 hours a day, much less one. I enjoy the time with me exercising, wanting to push my self. i want immediate results, but that's not gonna happen, even though I do see my collar bone trying to show it self and for me that's a sign that something is trying to melt away.. I thank God for not allowing me to just lay there today and do nothing. But TO GET ME UP. and i say that because if it was up to me, i'd still just there with the remote control . THANK YOU GOD, for each and every friend that encourages and motivates me, Especially to Camille who is my inspiration with her exercise and mindset. I thank God for working with me in every aspect. Showing Himself and revealing Himself in people, and places. I WILL NOT QUIT. i AM DETERMINED TO MAKE POSITIVE CHANGES AND BE HAPPY WIth THEM. DID MY 45 AQUA CLASS TODAY AND THEN THE CARIO WEIGHT CIRCUIT. lOOKING FORWARD TO MY Y CHANGE AT THE ymca.. sO MANY GREAT THINGS TO LOOK forward too.. sorry bout the caps.Back in may my friend Desiree' invited me to a meet and greet with Smokie Norful., at that time i had lost my job and was getting discourages. I told him about my situation and he told me there was a song on his new cd #9 'Don't Quit", it is my Battlefield song, in the mist of any storm. I will NOT quit. Love God and Finally LOVING ME enoguh to RUN THIS RACE!!. RUN,TRACY RUN. My goal is to one day run a marathon, for now its to get to the point that I can run on a treadmill. that's is attainable and I WILL attain it, with God on My Side I CAN make it. TO GOD BE THE GLORY FOR HE IS SO WORHTY TO BE PRAISED.

WHO' YOUR DADDY!!

Bastard child, you ain't gonna be nothing!! You just like your lying a** daddy!! Get out my face you look like that fool of a daddy you got!!!When you grow up you gonna be in jail just like yo daddy!!. Don't be calling me from jail, i ain't coming!1 Why yo dumb a** looking at me for ask you goood for nothing daddy!! REALITY CHECK--->>YOU chose to lay with that man that you describe as nothing, a dog, a liar and a cheat. YOU did NOT THE CHILD!! it's not the child's fault so why you blaming them for YOUR stupid choices..WHO'S YOU DADDY!!I was visiting my niece the other day and all these young 'girls and "females".. to call them Mothers or Women would be an insult to those of us who truly are. Were talking to the kids like they were pure trash. Walking in the Wal-mart, I heard 'Females talking trash to their kids like they were growm folks on the street. What damage are they doing to their children? What are the beating down in their spirit? That they will never amount to anything, then when they don't , the "females" or even the "males" casue i have seen that too, but they have no rhyme or reason as to why. I told my nephew he was a good little boy, he said "no i'm not I'm bad.. becasue my mother told me that i was". I HAD to put her on FRONT STREET. At 5 years old he was already thinking this is who he is, and that was all that anyone would expect him to be . He also said that he was a "pimp". once again Ming had to put my own brother on BLAST. He thought he wasn't meaning any harm. BUT what truly is the definition of a pimp. Folks need to stop labeling their kids with negativity!! Speak life into them, not death. Death of their Spirit, Death of their self-esteem, Death to their potential. Folk might say you got some ghetto folks, but let the truth be told, their are folks from the city to the suburbs, from the rich to the poor, who remind their kinds JUST WHAT THEY ARE NOT. instead of WHAT THEY ARE or HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO BE!!WHOS'S YOUR DADDY??Most of my own young life i was told that I looked like my "Lying, Black, Gap-toothed Daddy". And that every word that came out of my mouth was a lie. That Dark-skinn was baad and that my teeth weren't perfect. Guess what. I BELIEVED THAT FROM THE AGE OF 5! Thank God that Missionarry Frankie Hayslett reminded me who I could be, I was 30 years old. God will send you a "Mother" to teach you what you need and show you HIs love.. I love my other but she was a child having children and her mother did the same to her. BREAK THAT GENERATIONAL CURSE..NOW!. That is why when I see my children I tell them all that they are and all that they can be. I know they will make mistakes and though I am divorced, i have NEVER said a negative word about theri father becasue I know the damage it can do. they know he was abusive and other things that occured, but, that's not talking about him, that's telling the truth. But I tell them that GOD can change anyone. And he has truly changed him.WHO IS YOUR DADDY?? GOD IS BECAUSE WE ARE ALL HIS CHILDREN!!And no ignorant feamale or male can evr change that fact. Dear Lord, It is my sincerest prayer that as I look to you for strength and power, that I remain focused. I know that whatever it is the you 'WILL" for my life will be done. You are the author and finisher of my life. And as i know I will stumble and fall, I know that you will pick me up with loving hands and carry me. When I can't carry by self. I am humbled before you, in your presence, in your love and in your care. You know me and my heart, let me not Grieve the Spirit in my living, but allow me to grow nearer to you thru Word and Work. Let me not get weary in well doing. Lord, allow me to do every task that you place before me to your Glory. My job, you are my boss, no man can take away what you have give. I pray that you will allow me to do my part as you do yours. My mind and my spirit must be willing in order to accomplish what it is that you have placed before me. You would not have placed me there if you did not think that I could do it. You have equipped me with knowledge and power, God I trust that I make you proud. All your children want to do what is pleasing to you. Lord have patience with me and keep me. Bridle my tongue when it needs to be bridled. Allow me to be slow to anger, but to listen and recieve and know that what you have for me is for me and no one or no thing can take it away. BUT if I don't do what you have me to do, I can cause my own path to destruction, sadness and turmoil. Lord you know me from the onset of my creation and you know each challenge and struggle. You know every sin that i were to ever think or do, you know my mind, and I want to have the Mind of Christ. To walk as He walked upright and righteous. not self-righteous. I know I am not a perfect being, none of us are. But you love us inspite of our shortcomings. You love us when we don't pray, fast, tithe, love, care as we should. You give us what I/we need and desire, Not what we deserve. Because we are not worthy of all the goodness that you bestow upon us, BUT yet in still you came to earth to take on our sins, so that we may have eternal life. This I know, allow me to share it with others as well. Lors and Saviour, I pray that you will watch over every mind and heart that reads this and give them the desires of their heart and their needs. I pray that if there is one among the readers who is not saved the they Confess, Repent and acknowledge who you are that you died on a cross for their sins and got up, so that they might have eternal life with you in heaven. I pray that as a mother you direct my path that I may train them up in the way that they should be and when they depart they will not forget it. Lord my prayer for all those struggling with addictions, health problems, joblessness, homelessness, finances,abus, discouragement, is that they SHALL be delivered and that you reveal yourself to them, so that they will come to know you. Lord I give all Honour and Glory and Praise, In Jesus Namen, Amen.
